Gobernanza política versus gobernanza tecnológica del ciberespacio

Resumen

The governance of cyberspace is being defined politically and technologically. The \nICANN reform process has resulted in the establishment of essential objectives and \nvalues and the establishment of an organizational structure according to the \nmultistakeholder model of organ\nization with little representation of States. International \npolitical debate, particularly within the framework of the United Nations, is leading to the \nimplementation of a model of traditional interstate governance without participation of \ncivil society.
