Resumen
From the theoretical framework of Positive Occupational Psychology (POP)\na n adaptation of the positive model of Resources-Experiences/EmotionsDemands\n(RED, Salanova, Cifre, Martinez y Llorens, 2007) was utilize on a\nsample of teleworkers. The results of moderate regressions show the importance\nof organizational resources (facilitators, distance management) and personal\nresources (personality, mental competency) in relation to the different experiences/\nemotions) of the teleworker (engagement, organizational commitment, family\ninterference and support) . Theoretical and applications implications are also\ndiscussed.
