Resumen

The current global demands to have immediate and accurate information, have generated the need to improve the delivery of web services by Grupo El Comercio. The implementation of the service model based on product offering cloud computing, recommended in this feasibility study will allow the company to improve the cost-benefit currently maintains the Web service. The benefits in implementing the web services listed resulting from this study, include not only the improvement and optimization of technical resources and internal company processes, but expected to improve and ensure greater satisfaction with the growing demand digital users.
