El comportamiento sustentable en torno a la Gobernanza metropolitana de los recursos y servicios hídricos

espanolEl objetivo del presente trabajo fu e develar el significado del comportamiento sustentable, entendido como una serie de acciones deliberadas, planificadas y sistematicas de optimizacion del agua. Se realizo un estudio cualitativo con una muestra intencional de fuentes indexadas a repositori os internacionales y publicadas en el periodo de 1995 a 2018. Se interpretaron los discursos de tres informantes claves quienes coinciden en narrar la optimizacion del recurso ante su escasez y carestia, pero se diferencian en cuanto al marco normativo des de el que actuan para abastecerse. Futuras lineas de investigacion relativas a las estrategias de optimizacion y la innovacion complementaran el presente estudio. EnglishThe objective of this work was to reveal the meaning of sustainable behavior, unde rstood as a series of deliberate, planned and systematic actions to optimize water. A qualitative study was carried out with an intentional sample of sources indexed to international repositories and published in the period from 1995 to 2018. The speeches of three key informants were interpreted, who agree in narrating the optimization of the resource before its shortage and scarcity, but they differ in terms of the regulatory framework from which they act to supply themselves. Future lines of research rela ted to optimization strategies and innovation will complement the present study.
