La gestión del conocimiento en políticas públicas en salud y participación social

Resumen

A health policy guides the actions to solve the social problems and must lean in the elements derived from the processes of investigation and participation of local organizations. The health sector must make an effort by the conformation of disciplinary groups able to mediate the construction of collective policies that allow them to organize activities coordinated with the governments. The Colombian Network of Investigation inPolicies and Health Systems, considers like a generating space of knowledge that it looks for close the breach between researches, policymakers and communities; also promotes mainly between the takers of decisions, the use of the original results of investigations that, with the commitment of a critical mass promote and sustain debates around them. In addition, it proposes alternatives of inter-institutional groups for knowledge building, which fortify the sanitary research of important problems of public health. The management about the information of knowledge incorporates strategical elements, referred to the conceptions and actions, relative to the creation of knowledge, and its paper in the generation of essential competitions that develop alternatives, and the operative management that are related with aspects of distribution and transferences of basic knowledge or information that is considered like a network. Finally, the management of the knowledge is creation and innovation of new and diverse forms of information spreading, that come together in the operating and rising decisions for the formulation of a public policy
