Resumen

The problem of high migration that we are seeing in the country by Venezuelans, generates political and socioeconomic conflicts, however, a very worrying factor is that the Government determined that the education service should be provided to any Venezuelan or migrant. (SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT COLOMBIA MIGRATION, 2018). We want to determine and validate if the budget for the government in terms of the allocation of resources and donations made by different countries and foreign entities is enough to mitigate the shortcomings that our educational system presents or if, on the contrary, it will collapse with the inclusion of the provision of educational services to Venezuelan migrants.
