Educación y migración: de la desintegración a la rearticulación de capacidades. Apuntes para el caso mexicano

Resumen

This article analyzes the education factor in order to study in depth the correlation between migration and development. The main objective is to examine how the disintegration in the access to educational systems with development strategies promotes an imbalance making more complex those causes that endogenously influence the migration of human resources. In addition, this phenomenon spreads internationally the reproductive cycle of both qualified and highly qualified human resources when they are relatively marginalized in the endogenous labor markets. The concepts international insertion of the labor force and international rearticulation of capabilities are proposed herein to interpret the effects of this phenomenon that strengthen an alternative vision on the migration-development correlation
