Resumen

Well known globalization and societies on going\ntechnical process also the appeal of massive\naugmentation of all technologies considered as\nInformation and Communication Technologies,\nhad allowed the on line education as an\nopen and long distance option nontraditional\nor conventional and methodological offensive\nanswer that is being used more often by countries\nto challenge each other, by their respective\npublic and private policies, challenges related to\nuniversal right to education, flexibility and acquisition\nease, that demographic growth demands\ntowards traditional and life education systems.\nFrom its virtual education importance, due to\nits methodology variety and dynamics, getting a\nprofile of universal remedy, yet it unclear strategy\nbecause of myths and prejudice that its relation\nto knowledge, being and language, offering\nto excluded and forgotten social groups wide access\nto opportunities, and to those whose needs\nof space or time are rather peculiar, in order to\nguarantee and improve education service quality\nby using technology developments into teaching\nand learning processes also stimulating innovation\nat and for education praxis as a whole\nand creating a new virtual reality; a new way\nto simulate in order to develop education´s virtuality.\nOur interest and aim in our proposal is to reflect\nand present the objective of origines, debates,\ninflueces, interpretations and realities from\neducation institutes and context as human life\nas well presented as opportunities for learning\nand knowledge construction and yet its eventual\nfuture.
