Resumen
The migration experience of a deaf person is investigated using a qualitative approach from ethnographic and phenomenological methods, using techniques such as semi-structured in-depth interview, participant observation, photography and log. A migration process is observed that left great benefits that could be framed as supporting a higher quality of life, but also, some damages that occurred during the migration process in relation to the family environment are described that question said increase in quality of life.
