Fuga de cerebros: Una óptica de la migración profesional interna en venezuela

Resumen

In Venezuela, as another places around the world, the phenomeno of migration increases every day, not only externaly leven internaly from rural to the urban zones, which is the main starts point of this research study, aimed at context of border rural areas and labor constraints to increasing demand arising in these sectors particularly in the health sector, understanding the reasons for the how so many profesionals of health do not take as a principal place of our country for the envelopment their own career on it. Of these concerns the motivation born to do this type qualitative research to investigate the perception of the actors of this phenomenon, doing an semistructure interview based on seven open questions to three doctors whom work in Guadualito, Apure state and San Antonio, Tachira state. The results were that so many profesional of health think take this rural zones as places to envelopment their career, but the decision change by the actual country situation, even for the kind of type of the specialist making after that, which rural zone does not allowed work in it. Is for that, the recomendation is the development of a positive leadership, promote an innovation in directors of the area, and increase laboral offers to the new generations of venezuelan doctors.
