The Art. 19 of the Migration Act set out the reasons why the deportation occurs, such as income are relevant documents, who are staying with causes of planned exclusion is the law of Migration, or who have been convicted a crime, after enforceable judgment or common criminals who can not be tried in Ecuador; but this causes are of violation of right of foreigners as people, because neither this provision nor in the following provides a standard to which the rights of due process guarantee, so fundamental rights of foreigners are affected, as they are life, liberty, free transit, honor and integrity of those persons. The causes of deportation should be subject to constitutional and legal norms where human mobility of people, in which the rights of due process guarantee and does not affect the rights of foreigners as they are life, respecting the freedom, freedom of movement, honor and integrity of those persons. Furthermore deportation must be based on respect for the Constitution and the existence of prior public and applied by the competent authorities legal standards. But I think that the deportation of people who have been convicted in the criminal law should be specified to crime because it happens that for crimes of private action for these causes can be deported foreigners being laughable that cause by going on against citizenship rights enjoyed by both Ecuadorian and foreign. It is necessary to point out the crimes that deserve to be considered as grounds for deportation of aliens who are in our country, because it happens that a traffic accident, the person is sentenced and served his sentence may be deported from Ecuador, so to be analyzed offenses to be considered a cause for deportatio
